Paintball Clearance

Will I be able to get a SECRET security clearance with a misdemeanor?

So after high school, I want to join the Army and the MOS which Iv wanted my whole life requires a secret security clearance. But I’m really worried I won’t be able to get one since I have 2 things on my record from about 3 or 4 years ago.
The first situation was; I was playing paintball in this abandoned mill, and the cops came but I hadn’t gotten arrest for that, they took down my name and that’s it, this happend when I was in 8th grade or 4 years ago.
The Second one really concerns me dearly. About 3-4 years ago I was with some freinds walking along these railroad track, we started throwing rocks at this abandoned building,cops came and took us down to the station and we got 1 week probation for it. After this, I never got in any trouble again, not even in school.
Those are the only things on my record. Will they take into account that I’m a good student? that I’m a 4th year cadet in my high school’s MCJROTC program?

You should be able to but you will have to get a wavier. Usually if you can show that you have matured and have changed your life it shouldn’t be a problem.
